Overview
Florida Retreat Friday October 18th through Sunday, October 20th 2019.
This retreat will take place on a beautiful resort in sunny Florida. We will reside in the Presidential Suite on a beautiful resort, take advantage of the resorts relaxing amenities, visit the pristine beaches for fun in the sun, experience peace and spiritual awakening through meditation and yoga, and enjoy local dining experiences. By the end of this retreat, you should feel revitalized and ready to complete your remaining goals!
Trip Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive to the Fort Lauderdale airport and contact Rest Alive LLC. for pickup.
Arrive to the Presidential Suite of our lovely resort.
Hors d'oeuvres served as you unpack, unwind, and settle into your room.
Socializing/getting acquainted with the retreat group and review retreat itinerary.
We will take a tour of the large resort and facilities.
We will enjoy resort activities such as swimming, tennis, volleyball, and other games. Others may choose to take a relaxing bath or nap.
Enjoy fine catered cuisine in our Presidential Suite.
We'll arrive back to the resort to end the night with games and other activities.
DAY 2
Breakfast in suite or at a local restaurant.
Yoga class/meditation class at the resort.
This will be our beach day (weather permitting)!
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Florida has great shopping and sight seeing opportunities. We will seize the day!
Sunset meditation on the beach (weather permitting).
Dinner at a local restaurant
We'll arrive back to the resort to end the night with games and other activities.
DAY 3
Complimentary breakfast will be served in our Presidential Suite.
Packing and preparation for departure.
Morning meditation for those that can.
Retreat concludes at 10 am.
Prepare for your trip.
Book your flight to the Fort Lauderdale airport as soon as possible for best pricing. Don't forget to pack your bathing suit, yoga mat, yoga pants or workout clothing, sunscreen lotion, flats or sneakers for walking, heels or cute shoes for dining experiences, and clothing for our upscale dining experience. Come with a light spirit and a willingness to have fun! Contact information for airport pickup will be provided to you.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
The low price of $325.00 includes your two nights and three day stay in a Presidential Suite, on a luxurious Florida resort, catered hors d'oeuvres and healthy cuisine on Friday night, in suite breakfast on Sunday morning, transportation from the Fort Lauderdale airport, to the retreat space, transportation to and from shopping, entertainment, and dining experiences, as well as transportation to meditation on the beach. Photographs will also be taken to ensure that you have memorable photos. You will need personal spending money for all other meals and planned activities.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand, that life does happen and situations may occur outside of your control. Due to the extremely low pricing, there are no refunds issued for this retreat. However, we will review each case thouroughly should you need to cancel.
