Are you or your family members having difficulties falling asleep?
Most adults need about 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. Stress and anxiety can have negative implications that disrupt sleeping patterns. About 35 to 50 percent of adults worldwide experience symptoms of insomnia.
Meditation may help you and your family sleep better. A guided meditation session with Rest Alive LLC. may help reduce insomnia and sleep troubles by using deep breathing techniques that promote overall calmness. Consider gathering your family and joining us for an evening or early morning guided meditation on March 31st 2022. If you have 30 minutes, you and your family can meditate with us virtually from the comfort or your home. You will receive your Zoom link 10 minutes prior to your selected guided meditation session.
Each session will be a 30-minute ZOOM guided meditation for the collective
